I am a single mother who takes time for me. My work offers a free subscription to a gym. I am not very overweight, according to some statistics of body mass index, which lost 25-30 pounds. Keep it short, I was always a little plump, and lately I do not have too much energy, I eat balanced meals as often as possible. I know I could do exercises at home, but thought I would be a valuable time for me and do something good for me, at the same time. My work and my life at home is very stressful.
