Quadraphonic Turntable QUADRAPHONIC Set Up's. Can You Buy Any New Equipment Or Albums Mixed For True QUAD Today?

QUADRAPHONIC set up's. Can you buy any new equipment or albums mixed for true QUAD today? - quadraphonic turntable

SYNC is not only about seventy years, or even accepted by some people?

Seems a good idea, and as a young child I remember my old phrase Quadrophony Brothers in the eighties and I remember it was interesting. There were several players from four people, including an antenna, a receiver, a role, and take up to eight units, ready for Quad. I think this is all Sony, and had many files in the Quad. Too bad he sold his team to a collector for a long time, otherwise I would have bought it!

So I wonder if someone is a quad-making body, and if someone is selling new music was mixed quad, or is this thing long neglected.

This seems a good idea that might still have a certain appeal to simple stereo.

I do not know if something today made full use of the old media quadraphonic, but what is created today goes far beyond that. Dolby Digital 5.1 discrete channels 5 complete range of more than one runway subwoofer (.1). 6.1 and 7.1 have additional channels of the Matrix and DTS-ES Discrete 6 channels.

Most of the time movies on DVD to enjoy this multi-channel formats, but there are also media music does too. There are also videos of concert DVDs or music videos, some DVD-Audio, playable on most DVD players, but not very often. Super Audio CD or SACD support up to 5.1 channels. I heard some old quadraphonic material was reissued on SACD format can store 4.0.

Quad was a low-tech attempt to surround sound. Many of the best technology available today.
